So, we currently have a "mutually accepted" purchase and sale agreement on our condo. It is subject to inspection and subject to the financing contingency. The inspection is supposed to happen tomorrow afternoon, so hopefully we'll know in a few days if they will waive the inspection contingency. I can't imagine what they would find to be wrong. If all goes well, the condo will close on August 18th.
Also, if all goes well, we'll be moving everything this week! I'm not sure how that is going to happen but we're going to shoot for it. We get the keys to the house tomorrow evening, because that is when we will be officially "homeowners"!!!

Congratulations on selling the condo & getting the keys to your house! I know we spent a couple of weeks cleaning, painting & fixing things up the way we wanted before "moving in" officially. Have fun & take lots of pictures for us to see!
