counteroffer

So....we made a counteroffer.  They offered listing price, but many of the other things made us feel like they were trying to take advantage of us.  So, we made some changes and sent it back with the agent to show her client.  We'll know by tomorrow night (hopefully sooner), if the buyer is willing to accept our changes.  We had our neighbor who is an attorney look it over with us, and she was super helpful.  We watch her cats all the time, so she was more than happy to help out.  We'll miss her.
