I'm going nuts here. We are supposed to view an offer tonight at 6pm, and today there have been 3 people who seemed quite interested in making an offer as well. I don't think they all will, but even if one of them does that would be great! Two of the 3 today have been people without real estate agents, and one has an agent. This is exciting. But stressful too. I'm afraid of making a mistake. arghh!
