Here is the update on the wall that I know everyone has been waiting for. The mudding and sanding is done...we've painted our finish coats of paint, nailed up the trim and touched up the paint on the trim. Last night david made some prototype shelves out of cardboard to make sure that the ones we make out of wood will work. The two bottom ones are just one piece of cardboard, but the top one gives you a better sense of how thick the piece of wood will actually be. There will be one more shelf above the one you see there, but since we wanted to make sure the thickness of the wood would be okay, we used the top one and fused it with another one to make a thicker shelf. We'll go buy the wood tomorrow and work on the shelves this weekend. We are getting there!
