snow day! and more
Look at that beautiful snow! And all ice underneath! I think we are going to work from home today, but I may need to go to work for a short while to pick up some stuff. I'll have to see if the buses are running--and how far behind schedule and how far re-routed they are.

Brittany and I are big fans of hardwood floors and when we bought our house, the first thing I wanted to do was pull up the carpet and refinish our floors. We had some similar issues with water damage, but we're pleased with how the floors turned out. If you guys are still thinking about refinishing I'd be happy to tell you some stuff that worked for us. You can email or call some time if you're interested.
